Cristina Basquez, NTP is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and co-creator of The 90. Bilingual and deeply committed to whole-family wellness, Cristina brings expertise in nutrient-dense nutrition, sustainable habit building, and creating health strategies that actually fit real life. A 30-day whole-food reset β no processed food, no seed oils, no added sugars, no artificial sweeteners, and no snacking between meals. Full meal plans and recipes are provided. You don't have to figure anything out on your own.
About 30β60 minutes of intentional time β preparing meals, movement, and a few community posts. The weekly coaching session is 45β60 minutes on Wednesdays. It's designed to fit into a real life, not replace it.
Circle is a private, premium community platform β think of it as a clean, ad-free version of a Facebook group. You'll receive an invite link after purchase and setting up your profile takes about five minutes. No tech experience needed.
Absolutely. Exercise earns points from Day 1, regardless of phase. The program works alongside whatever you're already doing and gives you the structure to make it more effective, not replace it.
