Do I need to be a current client to join?
No β€” The 90 is open to anyone who wants to transform their metabolic and hormone health. No prior work with us required.
What does the nutrition program actually involve?
A 30-day whole-food reset β€” no processed food, no seed oils, no added sugars, no artificial sweeteners, and no snacking between meals. Full meal plans and recipes are provided. You don't have to figure anything out on your own.
How much time does this take per day?
About 30–60 minutes of intentional time β€” preparing meals, movement, and a few community posts. The weekly coaching session is 45–60 minutes on Wednesdays. It's designed to fit into a real life, not replace it.
What is Circle and do I need tech experience?
Circle is a private, premium community platform β€” think of it as a clean, ad-free version of a Facebook group. You'll receive an invite link after purchase and setting up your profile takes about five minutes. No tech experience needed.
Can I do this if I already exercise regularly?
Absolutely. Exercise earns points from Day 1, regardless of phase. The program works alongside whatever you're already doing and gives you the structure to make it more effective, not replace it.
What if I fall behind or have a bad week?
This is a 90-day program, not a 90-day sprint. The phase structure means each week builds on the last β€” there's no "starting over." The community keeps you moving, and imperfect weeks are part of the process. Show up and earn points for what you can.
