My Story
My passion for health and wellness was ignited somewhere between Army Basic Training and my college campus gym, where I discovered the profound impact of movement, fitness, discipline, and the compounding effect of constant action toward a goal—day in, day out—no matter how small.
That early fire has guided me through a 20-year journey in the health and wellness industry. I’ve owned a health club, worked as a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and health club consultant, and even designed a personal training and nutrition program licensed to other health clubs.
But after the birth of my second child, everything changed.
I experienced a sudden health collapse—debilitating food reactions, a crashing thyroid, severe insomnia, neurological symptoms, and relentless pain. ER visits became routine. But there were never any answers. I truly was not sure if I would make it another 10 years. I certainly was not living the life I imagined as a new mom of two beautiful babies.
After years of trying to find answers, I finally met a physician who believed in a “food-first” approach. With their help, I began identifying hidden stressors and healing from the inside out. While some symptoms eased, others lingered—until I found a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner who connected the final dots. That personalized protocol brought profound resolution to my lingering symptoms within just two weeks. For the first time in four years, I felt free in my body again.
That moment changed everything.
It led me to become a Functional Nutrition Practitioner myself—with advanced training in diagnostic testing—so I could help others experience that same level of freedom, clarity, and hope.
Now, I dedicate my work to helping families, individuals, and children break free from cycles of chronic symptoms and reclaim vibrant, foundational health. What happened to me didn’t have to happen—and my mission is to help others avoid or reverse that unnecessary suffering for others.
