Nutritional Therapy Practitioner

My Story

I didn’t start in the world of nutrition—I started in pharma. Yep, blazer, name badge, sitting in medical offices talking about the “latest breakthrough” that mostly manages symptoms. I remember asking my trainers, “Wait… but why is this person dealing with an overactive bladder? What’s the root cause of heart issues?” Let’s just say those questions didn’t earn me Employee of the Month.

Fast forward twenty years: I was tired, foggy, bloated, achy, and frustrated with a body I no longer recognized. Like so many women, I just wanted to lose some weight and feel like myself again. But what started as a personal health journey became a full-blown transformation—physically, emotionally, and professionally.

I discovered Through Nutritional Therapy that all the symptoms I’d chalked up to “normal aging” were signals. My body wasn’t broken—it was begging for support. And as I began to feel better, I started to notice the same kinds of struggles showing up in my kids.

When my oldest son began experiencing anxiety, stomach pain, and depression, I knew there had to be a better answer than “try this med and see what happens.” Spoiler alert: it made things worse. But with functional labs and nutritional support, we uncovered root causes that had gone undetected for years. He’s still a moody teenager who rolls his eyes at everything I say—but now I know it’s just his personality, not pathology. Progress!

Today, I help women and families do what I did: tune into their bodies, get real answers, and create change that actually lasts. I know what it’s like to put yourself last, to survive on coffee and cortisol, to feel like your health is slipping while you're busy taking care of everyone else.

But guess what? You can feel better. You can take your energy, confidence, and sanity back—without restrictive diets, endless medications, or guilt.

You just need the right tools, a little science, and someone who gets it. That’s where I come in. Let’s do this—together.
